Harry Leslie Coker, 79, died Dec. 20, 2009 at William Childs Hospice House, Palm Bay.
He was a lifetime resident of Vero Beach and served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Coker was a member of Pioneer Baptist Church and American Legion Post 39, Vero Beach.
He was retired from the Florida Department of Transportation.
Survivors include his son, Lester Coker (Cassie), daughters, Shirley Barfield (Jerry), Sharon Graham (Tom), Darlene McCrary, brother, Charles Coker all of Vero Beach, grandsons, Jim McCrary, Steve Barfield all of Vero Beach, granddaughters, Teresa Peek, Christine Brown, Vero Beach, Alyssa Coker of Clayton, NC, Madison Coker of Vero Beach and 8 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Margie Coker.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2009 at Pioneer Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2009 at Pioneer Baptist Church.
Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory Vero Beach,
