Update:
The unofficial votes are in for the Tuesday municipal elections for Vero Beach, Sebastian and Fellsmere. Voters made their pick on council members for Vero Beach and Sebastian.
Residents also made their choices on charter amendments and referendums for Vero Beach, Sebastian and Fellsmere. All precincts were completely reported and all election day and vote-by-mail ballots were all in just before 8 p.m., according to the Indian River County Supervisor of Elections website.
There were 30, 393 registered voters in Indian River County for this year’s municipal election. Residents cast 7, 626 ballots and voter turnout was at 25.09 percent.

Polls are open for residents in Vero Beach, Sebastian and Fellsmere to cast their votes in the 2021 municipal elections for Indian River County. Residents will be making their choice for council members, along with referendums and charter amendments.
The polls opened at 7 a.m. and will close at 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Indian River County Supervisor of Elections Office. Early voting was not offered for this election.
Damien Gilliams, Fred Jones, Sherrie Matthews, Bob McPartlan, Christopher Robert Nunn and Clint Phipps will be running for three seats for Sebastian City Council, the supervisor of elections office website showed. Taylor Jack Dingle, Tracey Lockwood Zudans, John E. Cotugno, Brian Heady, Rey Neville, Ken Daige and Charles R. Wilson are running for seats on the Vero Beach City Council.
Sebastian voters will also make their choices on eight different charter amendments. Vero Beach residents will vote on a referendum.
Fellsmere will not have a city council election. However, voters will be able to decide on two charter amendments.

- Precinct 10 – Sebastian Christian Church, 190 Day Drive
Poll location for Fellsmere:
- Fellsmere Community Bible Church, 12 N. Hickory Street
