Over twenty representatives of the VeroBeachKIND campaign convened to accept an official proclamation from the Vero Beach City Council, designating November 13th as “Vero Beach Kind Day.” This observance aligns with the internationally recognized World Kindness Day.
VeroBeachKIND is a community campaign supported by concerned citizens, faith groups, and organizations across Indian River County. The initiative was established in response to the distribution of anti-Semitic and hate literature in local neighborhoods almost three years ago. United under the motto “Spread Sunshine, Not Hate,” the campaign seeks to foster kindness, inclusivity, and unity throughout the whole community.
