Supervisor of Elections Office announces temporary office closure

Beginning Monday, March 23, out of an abundance of caution, the Indian River County Supervisor of Elections office will be closed to the public, in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Staff will be available by phone or email during regular business hours.

Voters and candidates are encouraged to use the Supervisor of Elections website, VoteIndianRiver.com, as the majority of tasks, such as registering to vote, requesting a Vote by Mail Ballot, updating your registration status, and more can be completed online.

Voters, candidates, or prospective candidates, wanting to do business in person with the Elections Office should contact the office to make an appointment.

Voter applications or other materials needing to be delivered to the Elections Office can be placed in the Drop Box affixed to the building.
All public canvassing board activities for the Presidential Preference Primary Election currently scheduled will continue as noticed. The Elections Office will continue to monitor the situation and communicate any changes, as soon as possible.
