Floyd Douglas Kirby, 80, of Vero Beach passed away Nov. 6, 2019. He was born June 23, 1939, in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Elbert and Almira Kirby.
A visitation was held at Thomas S. Lowther Funeral Home & Crematory.
Burial will take place 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 7, at Fountainhead Memorial Park, Palm Bay, Fla.
