SEBASTIAN — A winning lottery ticket - worth more than $100,000 - was recently sold at a local Publix for Tuesday's drawing, officials said. The Publix Super Market at Indian River sold the Fantasy 5, quick pick ticket. The store - located at 9621 U.S. 1 just north of Barber Street in Sebastian - was the only location to sell a prize-winning ticket for Tuesday's game results. The winning numbers for the evening draw were 01-02-05-09-36, lottery officials said. The ticket buyer will receive the prize of $115,278.15. SEBASTIAN — Two people escaped injury after a Piper PA-28 plane experienced a power issue, leading the pilot to make an emergency landing in a field Tuesday morning, officials said. The single-engine aircraft took off from the Sebastian Municipal Airport, Police Capt. Tim Wood said.
