VERO BEACH — A police perimeter was set up Wednesday morning near the Vero Beach High School Freshman Learning Center in response to an attempted burglary.
K-9 tried to track from the location near 20th Avenue and 19th Street but lost the trail, according to Vero Beach Police Spokeswoman Ofc. Anna Carden.
“It appeared to have been an occupied burglary or an attempted burglary,” said Ofc. Carden.
There is no definitive suspect info at this time.
