Incumbents Solari, Zorc, Loar and Nolte remain in office

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Not much changed as a result of Tuesday’s voting, with 37 of 37 precincts reporting in county and school board races.

Incumbent Commissioners Bob Solari and Tim Zorc have held their seats, and they will be joined by Fellsmere Mayor Susan Adams, who will take the District 1 seat being vacated by Wesley Davis.

Davis unsuccessfully challenged Property Appraiser David Nolte in a close race. Sheriff Deryl Loar handily survived a challenge by Vero Beach Police Officer Derrell Rivers.

In the two open school board races, Tiffany Justice has defeated John Kim and Laura Zorc has won over Douglas Wight.
