Virginia B. Pree, 96, of Vero Beach, passed away on April 9, 2016.
She was a longtime resident of Kirkwood, Mo., prior to relocating to Vero Beach.
Pree was the daughter of the late Joseph H. Pree and the late Bessie Roe Pree, and niece of the late Thomas R. Roe. She attended high school and business college in St. Louis, and prior to her retirement had worked as a secretary and office manager in the chemical manufacturing industry.
She was a member of Eliot Unitarian Chapel, enjoyed traveling and was a generous donor to many charitable organizations in the greater St. Louis and Vero Beach communities.
Funeral arrangements are private and interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
