Winfield J. “Win” Morgan, 91, of Vero Beach, formerly of Martin County, passed away peacefully on Jan. 7, 2016.
Beloved husband of Dorothy Tobin Morgan, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Morgan served his country in the United States Army-290th Infantry Regiment, World War II.
He was a former Physical Education teacher and an avid drummer, playing many years with various bands. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Those wishing to honor Win’s memory may make donations to the Wounded Warrior Foundation. (www.woundedwarriorproject.org), helping wounded warriors and their families, as they return home from current conflicts.
As per his wishes, there will be no formal service.
