Barbara L. Quinn, 73, of Vero Beach, passed away on Dec. 14, 2015.
She is survived by her three children, John A. Corapi, Richard J. Corapi Jr., Dawn Corapi Hass and her grandson, Quinn J. Corapi – all of Vero Beach. She is also survived by her sister Maureen Giangreco of King of Prussia, Penn., and her dog, Kasi.
Quinn was born to the late John Weber and Elizabeth Anna (Kesl) Quinn, Nov. 9, 1942, in Philadelphia, Penn. She lived and worked in Pennsylvania before relocating with her family to Florida in 1986.
She proudly served the City of Sebastian Police Department until 2007, retiring after 18 years of service.
She made a lasting impression on everyone she met with her quick wit and warm, kindhearted, giving nature. She enjoyed doting on her grandson and spending time at the Vero Beach Dog Park with her beloved Kasi.
A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army, 2655 5th St. SW, Vero Beach, where she often volunteered her time, on Jan. 6, 2016 at 5 p.m.
