Annie I. Goan, 94, of Sebastian, passed away on Dec. 20, 2015.
She is survived by her son David Goan of Sebastian; daughter Judith Goan Severin of Sebastian; sisters Hylyn Mills and Dorothy Cobb of Auburn, Maine; grandson Michael Rogero; and great-grandchildren Brianna and Jessilynn Lawson.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth G. Goan; son George Arthur Goan; and sisters Betty Halznagel, Florence Fitzgerald and Lois Lowell.
She was a wonderful mother who took care of two boys with muscular dystrophy for more than 50 years.
She was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian and a member of the women’s guild.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015 St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian with Father John Morrissey, celebrant. Entombment will be at Fountainhead Memorial Park, Palm Bay.
Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory is handling arrangements.
