Vero Beach Museum of Art displays Indian River Photo Club exhibit

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River Photo Club has its 2015 Print Exhibit on display at the Vero Beach Museum of Art. The exhibit is shown in the Museum’s Studio Gallery and will be open to the public Dec. 12 to Jan. 3.

Fifty photographic prints are displayed. They are the work of members of the Photo Club as well as non-members, both professional and amateur. Pictures are grouped in seven categories: People, Nature-flora, Nature-fauna, Scapes, Still Life, Special Techniques and Open.

A jury consisting of Louis Ciszek, retired professional photographer and photography instructor; Martina Tannery, a Vero Beach professional portraiture photographer with extensive graphic arts experience creating uniquely classic layouts and stylish albums; and Lila Blakeslee, a managing partner and fine artist of 14th Gallery in Vero Beach. Blakeslee also has a BFA in Drawing and Painting from North Texas State University and her artwork centers around her professional equestrian career.

These individuals were selected to judge the 72 entries.
