INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Authorities arrested a 20-year-old Indian River County man, accused of having sex with a 14-year-old on Friday.
Kahlil Davis, of 4160 48th Street, Vero Beach, faces one count of lewd and lascivious battery.
The incident occurred while the victim and the defendant were visiting the same home for Thanksgiving, according to the arrest report.
Davis was released Saturday morning on $25,000 bond.
