INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — An alert has been sent out concerning a registered sexual offender’s change of address.
Brenda Williams, 56, has moved to 3116 US 1, Vero Beach, according to the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/ Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.).
