INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Many a ghoul, ghost and goblin will haunt Vero Beach Outlets on Saturday, Oct. 31 as they enjoy family-friendly trick-or-treating throughout the outlet shopping destination.
From 5 to 7 p.m. costumed children accompanied by an adult are invited to visit Vero Beach Outlets’ more than 60 favorite brand names as they collect Halloween treats throughout the evening.
