VERO BEACH — A large plane made an emergency landing at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport Thursday afternoon. No injuries were reported and the plane landed safely.
The 727 reported engine trouble when it came in for the emergency landing. It stopped on the far east side of the airport.
The plane was marked with Zero G, a zero gravity flight operator. Where the plane took off from and where it was headed was not immediately known.
As Fire Rescue arrived on scene, no passengers had disembarked.
