INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A registered sexual offender has moved.

Randy Sears, 31, has moved to 3996 46th St. Vero Beach, according to an alert sent out by the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Predator/Offender Tracking (S.P.O.T.).
