INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store’s popular “Fill a Bag for $5” sale will take place on Friday, Aug. 7, Saturday, Aug. 8 and Monday, Aug. 10. Customers are invited to fill a bag provided by the thrift store with as much clothing as they can. There is no bag limit, but the individual bags must be able to be tied.
Everything in the store including the bag sale items will be tax free. The tax free period continues after the bag sale until Saturday, Aug. 15.
The store is located at 1745 14th Avenue. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Volunteers staff the store, therefore all proceeds benefit people in the community. New volunteers are always welcome. Call (772)-567-6744 for more information.
