INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Indian River County 4-H Foundation’s 7th Annual Cocktail Party and Auction will be held on Thursday, May 14, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Courthouse Executive Center, 2145 14th Avenue.
Attendees are encouraged to sport their best Derby attire and enjoy an evening of fun to support the County’s local 4-H Youth. Tickets are $50 per-guest and are available in advance or at the door.
The Indian River County 4-H Foundation recognizes volunteers, donors and patrons who have joined the revolution of responsibility in the local community and believe in the investment of today’s youth. The annual 4-H Foundation Cocktail Party helps to provide sufficient funding for Indian River County’s 4-H youth programs; creating cutting edge, relevant, programs for young individuals to learn real-world skills that prepare them for their bright futures.
“The annual 4-H Cocktail Party and Auction is a great way to support the positive development of our youth in Indian River County, while having fun!” said Jennifer Seton, President of the Indian River County 4-H Foundation. “We look forward to bringing our 4-H supporters together in their best derby attire to enjoy a fun evening of drinks, dancing and exciting live and silent auctions while raising money for a cause so close to our hearts.”
Businesses and individuals have already come forward to sponsor the event or get involved by donating silent auction items or their time and services.
