INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Children’s Home Society of Florida received an $8,000 donation on behalf of the Grand Harbor Community Outreach Program. Funds will serve the organization’s Transitional Living Program, an initiative helping young adults who have exited foster care without families successfully transition to adulthood.
