INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — The Mental Health Association (MHA) in Indian River County is proud to announce that Paul Gionfriddo, President and CEO of Mental Health America, has accepted its invitation to visit Vero Beach on April 30, 2015. He will spend some time at the Walk-In Center and Drop-In Center, meeting clients, staff, and the Board of Directors.
Later on in the day, he will be at a book signing event hosted by the MHA and Vero Beach Book Center, where Gionfriddo will speak about his new book “Losing Tim – How Our Health & Education Systems Failed My Son With Schizophrenia.” He will also talk about the state of mental health in America, Mental Health Month, and Mental Health America’s key initiative: B4Stage4.
The book signing event at Vero Beach Book Center begins at 6 p.m. on April 30. Vero Beach Book Center is located at 392 21st Street, Vero Beach. The event is free to the public.
