VERO BEACH — The Youth Sailing Foundation (YSF) is once again offering its Summer Camp, which will be held at Moorings Yacht and Country Club. Sessions run for one week at a time beginning June 15 and ending Aug. 14.
Beginning and Intermediate sailing instruction is available for children between the ages of 8 and 13. Cost is $250 per week, and that includes lunch and equipment. Children must be able to pass a swimming test.
The YSF’s mission is to provide Indian River County with educational, recreational and competitive sailing programs for all ages in a fun and safe environment. Some scholarships are available. Please visit www.ysfirc.org or call (772) 567-9000 for more information.
The camp is available the following dates: June 15-19 (Beginning), June 22-26 (Beginning), July 6-10 (Beginning), July 13-17 (Intermediate); July 20-24 (Beginning), July 27-31 (Beginning), August 3-7 (Beginning), August 10-14 (Intermediate).
Summer Sailing Camp will be held at the Moorings Yacht & Country Club at 100 Harbour Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963.
Entrance is on Indian River Blvd. South of the 17th Street Bridge.
