- 4-H Youth BBQ Cooking Competition – 5:30 p.m. in 4-H Barn
- Hot Wing Eating Competition – 8 p.m.; Presented by: Wilke’s 14 Bones
There are three (3) categories: Adult males 18 and over; Adult females 18 and over; Youth 17 and under.
•Entry fee: $5 per person
• First contestant to finish ALL wings cleaned to the bone is the winner.
• Judge’s word is final.
•1 winner in each category receives a cash prize $100.
• Each contestant receives one 20oz. glass of ice water and one complementary fair gate admission for another visit.
•No other outside food or drink is permitted during the contest.
• Each contestant receives 12 wings (Ghost Pepper Hot)
•Each category competition will last no more than 30 minutes.
• Contestant must clean wings completely.
