VERO BEACH — Chelsea Miller, a Vero Beach resident since 1996, focuses her practice in the area of Matrimonial Law and works closely with partner Brad Rossway. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida, receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology with a major in Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of law in 2013.
