George E. Muller, 95, of Vero Beach, passed away peacefully on Jan. 29, 2015, at Willow Springs in Brick.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years Janet Moffett Muller; his dear children John Muller and Margaret Kranchalk (Ronald); his cherished grandchildren Allison Kranchalk-Tate (Richard), Amy Kranchalk, Adam Muller, and Ashley Muller; and his two great-grandchildren Ryan and Gabrielle Tate.
Born in Jersey City to the late Louis and Anna Muller, he was a longtime resident of Tinton Falls before residing in Vero Beach for the past 23 years. Muller proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He went on to become a System Analyst for PSE&G in Newark before his retirement in 1980. Muller enjoyed traveling and the quality time spent with his family.
Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 9, at St. Martha’s R.C. Church, Point Pleasant.
