VERO BEACH — On Friday January 9 from 5 to 8 p.m., Gallery 14 will host a special reception for IT’S ALL ABOUT US: Celebrating the Work of Cheri Cruden and Mary Ann Hall.
The public is invited to this special event, which is part of a series of exhibits focusing on Gallery 14 artist-partners. Cruden’s large, bold canvases combine abstraction with realism, while creating dramatic haunting images.
Hall’s watercolors and encaustics are ablaze with colorful flowers, birds and varying flora and fauna. The show will continue through Saturday Jan. 31. Also highlighted will be new work in oil, acrylic, watercolor, graphite, mixed media, collage, jewelry, photography, ceramics and sculpture, by Gallery 14 partners: Edgardo Abello, Lila Blakeslee, Cheri Cruden, Barbara du Pont, Mary Ann Hall, Virginia Knapp, Barbara Landry, Deborah Morrell Polackwich, and Dorothy Napp Schindel and represented artists: Francis Mesaros, Carol Staub, Bryan Beck, Joan Earnhart, Terry Green, Walford Campbell, Viola Pace Knudsen and Emily Heinzel.
