SEBASTIAN — Sebastian resident and businessman Damien Gilliams has finalized his qualification paperwork for the November City Council race.
He joins Vice Mayor Jim Hill and Councilman Jerome Adams on the ballot, and Budget Advisory Committee member Ed Herlihy.
Two seats are up for election on the Sebastian Council dais. Those seats currently belong to Adams and Hill.
Albert Iovino pre-qualified for the election but has not yet filed the final, necessary paperwork.
