VERO BEACH – Randy Old has officially qualified to run in the City of Vero Beach City Council election, according to City Clerk Tammy Vock.
The qualifying period began on Aug. 21 and closes at 5 p.m. on Sept. 5.
Vero Beach residents Charlie Wilson and Brian Heady have also officially qualified for the upcoming election.
Three seats are up for election this year and are currently held by Councilmen Jay Kramer and Craig Fletcher and Councilwoman Pilar Turner.
