SEBASTIAN — City Attorney Robert Ginsburg will accept an invitation extended by County Attorney Dylan Reingold to meet with representatives from All Aboard Florida regarding rail crossing agreements.
Reingold and Ginsburg will seek provisions in All Aboard Florida’s existing, proposed plan for rail crossings throughout Indian River County.
“I will not agree to anything in any way binding to the City there,” Ginsburg said.
The meeting is scheduled for Sept. 15.
