SEBASTIAN — City of Sebastian Budget Review Committee member and volunteer Ed Herlihy has finalized his qualification paperwork for the November City Council race.
He joins Councilman Jerome Adams on the ballot, who was the first to qualify for the municipal election.
Two seats are up for election on the Sebastian Council dais. Those seats currently belong to Councilmen Adams and Jim Hill.
Hill and Albert Iovino pre-qualified for the election but have not yet filed the final, necessary paperwork.
