VNA offers free caregiver event May 21

SEBASTIAN – Being a caregiver is a demanding role. If you are looking for more information and support for your caregiving duties, then join the VNA of the Treasure Coast for this informative event.

On Wednesday, May 21, at Captain Hiram’s Tiffany Room, 160 Indian River Dr., Sebastian, three noted, local physicians will share their insights and expertise on tips and strategies to help ease your caregiver responsibilities, relieve caregiver stress, and diminish your caregiver challenges.

Dr. Rebecca Rustine will discuss relieving caregiver stress, Dr. Deepti Sadhwani will discuss how to be a healthy caregiver, and Dr. Harrish Sadhwani will discuss best health practices for caregivers.

A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m.

This no-cost event is open to the public and snacks and refreshments will be provided.
