INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Kelsey is a 1 1/2-year-old Treeing Walker Hound who came to the Humane Society as a lost pet, but her previously family never came to claim her.
She is an active and happy dog that requires a lot of exercise, according to Sue Kelly, an adoption counselor who works with Kelsey.
Kelsey is a quick learner, and learns even faster when food is her incentive.
“She’s friendly with everyone she meets here,” said Kelly. All 66 pounds of her is ready for a new family who will play with her and love her for the rest of her life.
