INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — On Tuesday, May 6, the Indian River Charter High Schools’ award winning Choir and Orchestra will present their end-of-year concert. This collaboration of ensembles will present a wide array of music that includes heavy weight composers such as Shostakovich, Rutter, and Beethoven.
Featured in the concert will be each ensemble along with soloists and small ensembles. The concert will also include the lighter side of music as the show choir, Diversified, will present recognizable music from artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Bill Withers, Richard Marx and Frank Sinatra.
The concert will be held in the new Charter Dome performance facility and will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Admission is free but a free will donation will be accepted.
