Meet Myla – Humane Society’s Pet of the Week

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Myla is a three-year-old, Pitbull-mix, who has already mastered an awful lot of tricks.

For starters, she is crate trained and is great on walks with a no-pull harness.

Humane Society Volunteer, Joanna Salina, said Myla is very smart, a quick learner, and very loving and affectionate.

Fetch is Myla’s favorite game, but if no one is around to throw, she gladly tosses her toys up by herself and catches them.

Give the girl any soft toy and watch her play!

Since her arrival in October of last year, Myla has watched other pets come and go. Now, she holds the title of longest “guest” at the Humane Society.

Even though she has been an excellent visitor, staff and volunteers are ready to see Myla go home with someone who can give her the love and attention she deserves.

Contact the Humane Society of Vero Beach at (772) 388-3331, or drop by for a visit, 6230 77th St., off 58th Avenue, for more information on Myla and other pets for adoption.
