Early morning fire displaces 5 in Indian River County

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — An early morning house fire has displaced five people living in the home located in the 2600 block of 15th Street SW, according to Indian River County Fire Rescue.

There were no injuries and the American Red Cross is on scene to assist the family.

The investigation into the cause and origin of the fire is still ongoing, according to Asst. Fire Chief Brian Burkeen.
