INDIAN RIVER COUNTY – The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing that happened last night in the 700 block of 18th Ave.
The victim, a male, was stabbed several times, according to a family member. He had stab wounds to the neck, leg, chin, and multiple stab wounds in the abdomen. He also suffered a punctured lung.
The victim is in stable condition.
After the incident, the victim was able to drive back to his house where he called 911, according to authorities. He was then taken to Lawnwood Trauma Center.
