Elizabeth V. Merchant, 85, of Frederick, Md., and formerly of Vero Beach, died Friday, Dec. 6, 2013 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Merchant was born July 4, 1928, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Vivian E. (Weaver) Merchant.
Survivors include her brother, William Merchant (Geraldine); and many nieces and nephews.
Interment will be private at Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
