Signe Maria Peterson, 95, died Feb. 8, 2013, at Indian River Medical Center.
She was born in Sweden and moved to Vero Beach 36 years ago, coming from Little Silver, N.J.
She was a homemaker and a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include her son, David A. Peterson of Vero Beach; sister, Mae Newton of Bradford, Vt.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold M. Peterson.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1850 Sixth Ave., Vero Beach, FL 32960.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
