VERO BEACH — The Vero Beach High School Orchestra department presents their winter symphony concert “Icons of Music” Friday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 26, at 4 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center, 1707 16th St.
Enjoy the award winning VBHS Symphony Orchestra as they perform masterpieces of literature including Russian Easter Overture by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and the Overture to La Forza del Destino by Giuseppi Verdi.
The VBHS Philharmonic Orchestra will also perform Serenade for Strings by Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
The winner of the annual VBHS concerto competition, Lauren Douglas, will be a featured soloist in the concerts.
All seating is reserved at $12 orchestra level and $10 mezzanine level.
