IRNA endorses in City of Vero Beach election

VERO BEACH — The Board of Directors of the Indian River Neighborhood Association has voted to endorse Pilar Turner, Jay Kramer and Brian Heady in the upcoming Vero Beach City Council election. The City of Vero Beach is at a critical crossroad, needing reasoned and courageous people to serve the public. The Board determined these three candidates best meet that requirement.

The IRNA acknowledges the process of selling the City’s Electric Utility is proceeding and has no position on it. It does, however, strongly support placing the final sale terms before the voters for approval.

The City of Vero Beach will be well served by the endorsed candidates for each brings an intelligent focus on the needs of the City and are not afraid to face the realities of difficult decisions. Pilar Turner, Jay Kramer and Brian Heady believe in the future of Vero Beach and the IRNA strongly endorses them to serve the City.

The IRNA Board of Directors endorsed no candidate in the District 3 County Commission race between Tony Donadio and Tim Zorc.
