VERO BEACH — The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with SCORE, will sponsor “An Excellent Business Plan” workshop on Wednesday, August 15, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce.
The workshop is facilitated by SCORE Counselor Tom Spear.

Mr. Spear has his B.S. Engineering at Case Western Reserve University and M.B.A. at University of Michigan.
For 32 years, he held a variety of business and technical positions with Ford Motor Company Product Development, 29 years as an executive.
Spear has been an adjunct business instructor at Indian River Community College and is a counselor with SCORE and the Small Business Development Center.
