I could go both ways with this. It makes you fat because you move less sit in front of your computer more, and see more tasty recipes on Pintrest. Or does it make you healthier because you can band together in groups that exercise, eat right, and show off their progress.
What do you think? Have you experienced gaining weight or getting healthier since social media has been around?
I personally, have gained a few more pounds simply because I’m at a desk more than out shooting in 90 degree heat. But who’s to say it’s not because I’m getting older or life (like having a pregnant wife that has an increased sweet tooth) is the cause… Thoughts?
