Sarah Clement Fisher Richards, 98, died July 8, 2012, at Grace Rehabilitation Center of Vero Beach.
She was born in Winston-Salem, N.C., and lived in Vero Beach for 11 years, coming from Silver Spring, Md, and Washington, D.C., where she worked as an office manager for a warehouse and storage company for more than 65 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Janice R. Cokas of Vero Beach; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Richards; two sisters; and three brothers.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County, 6230 77th St., Vero Beach, FL 32967.
Inurnment will take place at Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, at a later date.
