VERO BEACH — Champion Home Health Care welcomes their new Alternate Director of Nursing Melissa Marze, R.N. A Registered Nurse, Ms. Marze has years of experience in nursing within Indian River and St. Lucie counties, including Indian River Medical Center and the Department of Health.
From acute medical care to community based nursing, Ms. Marze serves as an advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care. As ADON, she is responsible for client assessments, admissions, plan of care, treatments, coordination of care, reviewing clinical records, supervising home health aides and giving ongoing in-service training.
A long-time resident of Indian River County and mother of five, Mz. Marze enjoys volunteering with local non-profit agencies, including the Children’s Home Society and the Department of Children and Families, for more than 15 years.
