Indian River Land Trust hires new director of development

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — After a 3-month position vacancy, Ann Alleva Taylor joined the Indian River Land Trust as the new director of development. Completing an extensive recruitment process by Land Trust management, Taylor immediately applied herself to the day to day operations as primary fundraiser and event coordinator.

Taylor has over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience, most notably as business-to-consumer relations manager with Performance Direct Partners in Atlanta, Ga., managing the Atlanta office Rapp Collins, and working as an account manager with Devon Direct Marketing and Advertising in Devon, Pa.

Trained as a tax accountant, her diverse background in successfully marketing and managing several organizations makes her a valuable resource to the Land Trust.

Today, when not working with the Land Trust, Ann volunteers at her church, her children’s school, and finds her favorite “job” to be spending time with her husband and three daughters.
