VERO BEACH — Looking for something fun to do with the family over Thanksgiving weekend? Then head on over to the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County’s (HSVB & IRC) “Art for Animals”.
The event will be held on Saturday, Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the shelter, 6230 77th St., Vero Beach. The “Art for Animals” show is free and open to all members of the public.
This animal-themed art show and sale will benefit the animals of Indian River County. All artwork displayed will feature local artists portraying domestic animals and Florida’s native wildlife through mixed media, paintings and drawings, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, needlework and digital art.
The “Art for Animals” show has been graciously sponsored by Treasure Coast Sotheby’s International Realty.
