Royce Nevell Watlington, 77, died June 23, 2011, at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach.
He was born in Dyer County, Tenn., and lived in Vero Beach since 2001, coming from Winston-Salem, N.C.
Before retiring, he was a gate agent for Piedmont Airlines.
He attended Our Savior Lutheran Church, Vero Beach.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his companion, John Johnson, of Vero Beach; half-brother, Thomas Dwain Arnold, of Memphis, Tenn.; and sister, Susie Haines, of Vero Beach.
A celebration of Life will be at 3 p.m. July 2 at Our Savior Lutheran Church with the Rev. Jack Diehl officiating.
Interment will be at a later date in Clemons, N.C.
