INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — Mulligan’s Beach House Bar & Grill introduced their 12 weeks of summer program three years ago and has since donated upwards of $70,000 to local non-profit organizations and charities.
Every Thursday night from 5 to 8 pm for the entire 12 weeks of summer, Mulligan’s has a kid’s night at all four of its locations including Vero Beach and the new location in Sebastian, as well as its Stuart and Jensen locations. And each week, Mulligan’s donates 20% of the night’s proceeds to a local charity or non-profit organization.
“We throw a great party for the kids, complete with balloons, fun games, crafts, characters in full costume, a grand prize giveaway and a door prize for every child. Don’t forget the best part: kids eat free from 5 to 8 pm,” states Marketing Director Rachel Snyder.
Over the years the 12 weeks of summer has become a great success and a wonderful asset to our local communities.
“I have always had a soft spot in my heart for children and have made it a priority of mine to dedicate our restaurants as a family oriented place catering to children 365 days a year,” owner George Hart adds. “As I am a fortunate father of two healthy children I have made it a goal of mine to better the lives of less fortunate children and their families in our community. I hope to make an impact with local charities for the next 25 years with the help and support of our loyal customers.”

June 9: Schools Out Carnival to benefit the American Cancer Society. Fun clowns & games kick off the summer and a chance to win a bike.

July 7: Disney Character Party to benefit the Hope Center for Autism and Youth Guidance. Dress up as your favorite Disney character and visit Mickey & friends; chance to win a Disney Gift Card.
July 14: Christmas in July – please bring an unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots. Get a visit from Santa Claus early this year with a chance to win a Toys R Us or Wal-Mart gift card.
July 21: Fun in the Sun to benefit Little Smiles, and the Environmental Learning Center. Games, arts & crafts with SpongeBob Squarepants and a chance to win Sea World Tickets.
July 28: Dr. Seuss Party to benefit local community residents in need. Celebrate with your favorite Dr. Seuss characters, with a chance to win a Universal gift card.
August 4: Summer Sports Fun to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters. Come see your local Team Mascots & enjoy our sports fun and games, with a chance to win Busch Garden tickets.
