Austin A. Wright, 95, of Vero Beach, died Thursday, May 19 at Palm Garden of Vero Beach.
He was born July 23, 1915, in Hightstown, N.J., and had been a resident of Vero Beach for nine years, coming from his birthplace.
He was a resident of Seaside Park, Ocean County, NJ from 1947-2003.
Wright was a retired Insurance agent for Prudential.
He was a member and Deacon of the First Baptist Church in Hightstown, N.J., and was a Mason and member of the Tall Cedars of Lebanon.
Survivors include his two sons, Robert Wright, of Chelmsford, Mass., Donald Wright, of Sebastian; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Wright, son Austin Wright, III and sister, Janet Leary.
At the request of the family, a service will be held at a later date in N.J.
